To access your account and personal billing information Click on your profile at the top right:
Then click on “Manage my subscription”.
You are now on a new Stripe page.
On this page you can manage all the information related to your account.
To change your bank details: simply click on
“+ Add a payment method”
You can also retrieve your bills by going to “Billing history”. Find the month you are interested in and click on download arrow.

To change your password, you must first log out of Starleads by clicking on the button “Disconnect” found in the dropdown menu of your profile at the top right. You are then automatically redirected to the Starleads login page, where the button “Forgot your password? ” is displayed. You must click on this button and then enter the email address you use to connect to Starleads. You will then receive a new link by email to change your password.

Forgot your password? Don't panic. Go to the Starleads login page. Click on the button “Forgot your password? ” then enter the email address you use to connect to Starleads. You will then receive a new link by email to change your password.
-> Change my username?
To change your username, simply access your personal space at the top right and click on “Access my profile.”
At this point, you need to log in again to confirm your identity.
From then on, you can change your First and Last Name. and click on “Continue”. The change is then made.
-> How to integrate Starleads into your CRM? ?
To integrate Starleads into your CRM, you need to do it from the configuration of a campaign. When creating your campaign, you have the option of integrating a Webhook URL. Thanks to No-code tools such as Zapier or Make (formerly Intéromat). In the “webhook URL” box enter the URL of your No-code tool and Starleads will then be linked to your CRM.
If your campaign is already created, all you have to do is go to your campaign, then in “configuration modification” then add your Webhook url.
