Standard qualification and performance:
When creating a campaign, you will have the choice between two scenarios. We present to you the 1st
-> Standard qualification and performance:
This scenario makes it possible to identify the nature of the standards and to know the results.
It is divided into 2 parts:
1. The qualification of the standard: Starleads calls each telephone number in order to identify which standard it has fallen on. If it is an IVR, a human, an answering machine, an NRP, or if the number is not assigned.
2. Starleads highlights all the results found in order to prepare your cold calling sessions.
I. Setting up the campaign:
To set up your campaign, you need to fill in the requested information. How to do it?
1. Name your campaign: this name can of course be changed if necessary.
2. The number of call attempts: When the campaign is launched, standards may not meet. You can set how many times you want to join this standard. You can define a maximum of 3 attempts.
3. The time between each attempt in hours: You can choose how long it will take between each new call attempt.
4. WEBHOOK URL: Will allow you to connect your Starleads data to other tools such as your CRM — this configuration is optional. Please contact our technical department if you want to connect your CRM.
The default data are the optimal configurations recommended by Starleads. Once the information is complete, click “Next.”
Very soon, you will be able to define the number of simultaneous calls.
Click on “Validate”.
This configuration is now complete, it is time to create your campaign.
By validating, you arrive at the interface of your campaign. She is still a virgin, so we will have to import your prospecting file.
II. Importing a prospecting file
Click on “+ import”.
Download the template by pressing “download the CSV Template”.
Careful! Your prospecting files must be absolutely in accordance with the template in order not to prevent the smooth running of calls. Once your file conforms to the template, upload it in CSV format.
FAQ: How to convert XLS to CSV
Once your file is uploaded, click on “Import”.
Thereafter, 2 possibilities are available to you:
1. There are no errors in your file, in this case: import was successful.
2. There are a few errors in your file, such as overcharged numbers or empty fields. In these cases, the import will be impossible. Starleads will then suggest “Ignore and import”. The lines where the errors that have been detected will then not be called.
Once ignored and imported, the campaign will be able to start.
Your prospecting file is successfully imported, there are no errors, it's time to activate your campaign. To do this, simply click on “Paused” to activate the campaign.
Once the campaign is over, you will be able to analyze the results.
III. Analyzing the results of a campaign
Once your campaign is in progress, you have features that will allow you to analyze your campaign:
The reachability score:
The reachability score is one of the essential features of Starleads.
It is calculated on each line according to 3 criteria:
1. Number of attempts made before dropping out
2. The waiting time between dialing the number
3. Have someone on the phone and the status (SVI, number not assigned...)
At the end of each call, a color is assigned on the lines. These colors correlate with the different statuses. They make it possible to optimize cold calling sessions. From prospects to call in priority to those not to call or to call at the end of the campaign (or even prefer a multi-channel approach).
You can classify them by pressing the header in the “reachability indicator” column.
This will allow you to have an optimized vision based on reachability.
The status:
The platform tells you the nature of the standard that Starleads has fallen on: IVR, checkpoint, unassigned number, answering machine or a human. This status will allow you to anticipate your calls, to know who you are going to encounter and how to understand your call sessions.
FAQ: What is the reachability indicator, status, and what do the colors correspond to?

The icon: “🎵” allows you to listen to conversation recordings. These audios are available as soon as there is a data change. Starleads provides you with the piece of audio where there is a change of email, telephone or even prospect, so that you can listen and make this change if your CRM is not yet connected to Starleads.

At the end of each prospect call, Starleads leaves you a comment, so that you can get a summary of the call and valuable tips for attacking your cold call. All you have to do is click on “💬”
