-> What are credits?
Starleads credits are used to import prospects or phone numbers into your campaigns. Note that the consumption of your credits varies according to the type of campaign created: Light or Full.
-> The use of credits:
Each subscription delivers a certain quantity of credits that will allow you to call your prospects. Credits are spent according to the number of lines present in the prospecting file.
1 line = 2 credits for scenario 1
1 line = 3 credits for scenario 2.
-> How do you renew your credits?
Credit renewal is done automatically with a monthly subscription.
-> Get more or less credits:
Credits are issued according to subscriptions. If a subscription does not give you enough credits or gives you too many credits, it is possible to change the subscription. To do this, you need to go to your profile at the top right and click on “Manage my subscription.”
You arrive on a new Stripe interface. Then all you have to do is click on “Change the plan” and change the subscription.
-> Number of simultaneous calls:
The number of simultaneous calls will depend on the subscription that has been chosen. Depending on your subscription, you can choose the number of lines that call simultaneously (1,2,3 or more).
The more calls Starleads makes at the same time, the faster the campaign will run.
If you want Starleads to make more calls you will have to upgrade your subscription. You need to go to your profile at the top right and click on
“Manage my subscription.”
-> The days when the campaigns are running:
Your campaign runs from Monday to Friday inclusive and on the schedules set by default. These days can be modified or adapted to certain dates such as:
- Public holidays
- Vacations
- Personal choices
-> Numbers that don't work on files:
Numbers starting with O6 or O7 are excluded as they are personal numbers. Surcharged numbers are not taken into account.

This subscription is specialized for Startups that do not have a prospecting file of more than 250 prospects:

The business offer was created for companies generating prospecting files of up to 750 leads per month:
-> 750 credits per month
-> 2 active campaigns maximum
-> Up to 2 calls at the same time per campaign
-> Without commitment
3. Business:
This is Starleads' most popular subscription. This subscription includes:
-> 2,500 credits per month
> Unlimited campaigns
-> Up to 3 calls at the same time per campaign
-> Without commitment
4. Customized:
A subscription tailored to your needs. You can access it if the quantity of leads is greater than 2,500 leads.
